Position Overview:This position supports theanticipated U.S. Marine Corps Program Office Support effort at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VAas aJira Manager. The Jira Manager builds and maintains the dashboards that give Marine Corps program leadership one view of the portfolio, administering Jira and the Portfolio Kanban across all program teams. Job Type:Full-time/Exempt
Location:MCB Quantico, VA
Anticipated Start Date:December 2026, contingent upon contract award.
Position Responsibilities:
-
Administer Jira, including workflow and dashboard development aligned to the program's mission and vision rather than generic templates
-
Manage the flow of Epics through Jira using the Portfolio Kanban practice, implemented via Advanced Roadmaps configured with Kanban-style flow states
-
Track and report Work in Progress, Throughput, and Blockers across teams and projects, with Epics tracked from intake through delivery
-
Extend portfolio views beyond Jira-native reporting with Power BI analytics against the same underlying data

Evolve dashboards as Government questions evolve and support KPI and OKR reporting cycles
Requirements
Position Requirements:

Eight (8) years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree
-
Active SECRET security clearance required.

Hands-on Jira administration experience, including dashboards and workflow configuration
Preferred Skills/Experience:

Advanced Roadmaps and Power BI experience
-
Exposure to SAFe Portfolio Kanban practices
United States of America: $110,000 USD – $140,000 USD
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
