- Build: Showcase through software demonstrations and rapid prototyping how connected experiences come to life with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This includes the delivery of executive-level software demonstrations, construction of future state customer journey strategies, and developing long term IT roadmaps.
- Deliver: Deliver an engaging and coherent presentation that connects complex technology to C-level audiences with persuasive story-telling.
- Learn: Stay up-to-date on product development and roadmap, industry trends, and industry news.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, with a strong focus on marketing technology and customer engagement solutions, including at least 5 years as a domain expert in personalization, loyalty, or marketing technology.
- Proven track record of driving ACV growth through Martech solution selling, with a focus on personalization and loyalty for Enterprise customers.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and articulate a strategic vision for leveraging Marketing Cloud capabilities to drive business outcomes and enhance customer experiences.
- Thought Leadership: Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership in the marketing technology space influencing industry trends and best practices through presentations, white papers, or participation in industry events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer success, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
- Enterprise Expertise: Previous experience as an Enterprise Specialist Solution Engineer for a CRM company or similar technology
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions and the ability to design high-level architecture that meets business needs.
- Industry Knowledge: Background and passion in non-profit management and operational roles, including understanding of industry trends.
- Exceptional Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation abilities, with a talent for storytelling that captivates and informs stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative Problem Solver: A self-starter who is highly creative and capable of leading and prioritizing effectively in dynamic environments.
- Communication Skills: Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving within teams.
