Job Description

Our client is expanding a large-scale credit card marketplace initiative and is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analytics Analyst to support digital analytics, data collection, and instrumentation efforts. This role will focus on ensuring data is accurately captured, measured, and reported across digital platforms while identifying gaps in existing tracking and analytics processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a foundational understanding of data analytics technologies, including Python and related tools. Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into measurement specifications and data collection requirements

• Support instrumentation and tracking efforts across digital platforms

• Identify gaps in analytics, tagging, and reporting processes

• Partner with business and technology teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting

• Validate tracking implementations and troubleshoot data quality issues

• Analyze customer and behavioral data to support business decision-making

• Assist with defining KPIs, success metrics, and performance measurements

• Document analytics requirements, standards, and processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and data accessibility

• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to project teams and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and methodologies

• Familiarity with Python and other analytics tools (certifications not required)

• Ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and gaps within data sets

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

• Internship, academic, or professional experience involving analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis

• Experience with large corporate or enterprise organizations

• Exposure to web analytics, digital analytics, reporting, or instrumentation efforts

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, AWS, or related technologies

• Experience working in cross-functional corporate environments

• Previous internship or work experience supporting analytics initiatives
