Facility Name: Franklin Medical Office Building
Schedule: Full-Time
Sign-On Package (including bonus, relocation and student loan forgiveness): Up to $130,000
Productivity incentives: RVU/Quality
$4,000 CME allowance
Malpractice coverage with tail
This job location is not currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.
How you’ll make an impact in this role

Join an established team of 6 physicians: 3 Internal Medicine, 1 Family Medicine, 1 Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, 1 Pediatrics and 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians in Family Medicine

Patient population ranges from pediatric to elderly, with the majority being middle-aged adults and families

Onsite clinic lab and X-ray services

Located in a Medical Office Building (MOB) on the hospital campus, with buildings situated around a roundabout

Integrated location with both primary care and specialty services in the MOB

Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community.

Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.

Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.

Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.

Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
-
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
-
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
