Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN)
Setting: Healthcare Facilities
Job Type: Travel
Pay: $3222 / Week
Hours: 48.00
Location: Johnstown, CO
The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting patients in attaining and maintaining maximum function due to chronic illness and/or a debilitating injury. The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recovery process, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal of achieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.
Minimum Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices

One year prior professional nursing experience in arehabilitation setting preferred
-
CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract
-
Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
-
Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
