Full job description

LaSante Health Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to join our growing mental health clinic. This role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership, offering the opportunity to shape high-quality behavioral health services while mentoring and supporting a team of therapists. The ideal candidate is a strong clinician and engaged leader with a commitment to clinical excellence, documentation quality, and meaningful patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to LMSWs, supporting professional development

  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 20 patients per week

  • Dedicate approximately 10 hours per week to supervision and staff support

  • Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

  • Train and guide therapists on best practices in treatment planning, documentation, and patient engagement

  • Conduct regular chart reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback

  • Support a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State required

  • Experience providing clinical supervision to LMSWs

  • Strong understanding of mental health documentation and regulatory expectations

  • Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills

  • Ability to balance clinical care with leadership responsibilities

Position Details:

  • Hybrid schedule (in-person and remote)

  • Approximately 20 clinical sessions per week

  • Approximately 10 hours per week dedicated to supervision

  • Opportunity to play a key role in shaping a growing behavioral health program

Compensation:

  • 100k-115k+/yr based on experience

  • Option for fee-for-service (FFS) compensation structure available
