Description First Merchants Bank is seeking a Manager, Operations to join our team! This position will be responsible for ensuring the Operations Department runs efficiently and seeks to continually improve processes. Provide direction to the operations staff to ensure delivery of superior quality service and product support for internal and external customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In order to be successful in this position, we require the following: - High school diploma or equivalent (GED). - A minimum of five (5) years in a bank production environment or related experience, or a minimum of three (3) years in a First Merchants bank production role. - Experience managing a team of associates. The following would be a plus: - Bachelor's degree in business, management, accounting or related field.
