We are looking for dependable individuals to join their production team. Pay and Schedule: $17 P/H| Monday-Friday (some Saturdays) |6am-2:30pm or until done What youll do: - Work as part of a production team building industry-leading modular homes - Read and interpret plans, instructions, and building specifications - Position, join, align, and seal structural components, such as wall sections and pipes - Load, unload, and organize building materials, machinery, and tools according to project plans and specifications - Safely use hand, air, and power tools to complete work orders - Any other duties as assigned What youll need: - High school education required - Must be able to read and use a tape measure - Must be able to pass a 50-lb physical ability requirement - Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions - Reliable transportation required - Construction experience is a plus, including: Electrical, Siding, Tape & texture, Final finish, Framing, Painting, and Plumbing - Must work in a drug-free environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, covered veteran status, or any other status protected by law.
