Responsibilities
The Physician delivers primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting.
Qualifications

Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred

Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible

EMR experience
-
Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
Posted Max Pay Rate USD $280,000.00/Yr. Posted Min Pay Rate USD $250,000.00/Yr. Pay Transparency Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
