Job Description
Looking for a Junior Analyst to support the End User Services team. This person will mainly help with data entry, billing, ServiceNow, and tracking IT assets like laptops and equipment. They will work closely with the current team to make sure assets are assigned correctly, billing information is accurate, and everything in ServiceNow is up to date.
As they get more comfortable, they will be able to take on more responsibility with ServiceNow, assets, and the catalog.
Skills and Requirements
- Admin support or data entry experience
- Basic Excel experience, simple formulas are enough
- Basic Microsoft 365 experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and consistent
- Willing to learn Service now experience
