Description

The GMC ROTC Recruiting operations Officer (ROO) is responsible for developing and executing the recruitment of the Old Capital Guard Battalion Army ROTC Cadets. Provides sound advice on subject of recruiting, retention, and incentives management. Responsible for gathering, identifying and analyzing recruiting program issues ensuring program effectively and efficiently functions. Makes recommendations to correct program recruiting deficiencies. Travels to preform recruitment visits and interview of qualifying Cadets. Participates in recruiting activities in pre-selected areas in an effort to increase public awareness of ROTC program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Developing recruitment plan

  • Execute recruitment plan

  • Data analysis

  • Travel to perform recruitment activities and increase public awareness of Army ROTC.

*Criminal background check and drug screen must be cleared before any candidate may begin working.

Minimum requirements:

3 years of progressively higher education

Preferred:

BA/BS with HR, Marketing, Business, Education
