Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and updating instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training materials.

  • Support eLearning development through content creation, quality testing, video editing, and graphic design.

  • Partner with the Learning & Development team on initiatives such as onboarding, skills development, curriculum updates, learning technology projects, and AI-enabled learning solutions.

  • Research, organize, and analyze content to support learning objectives and business needs.

  • Assist with learning management system (LMS) administration and reporting as needed.

  • Participate in project planning meetings and provide recommendations for learning enhancements.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.

  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Ability to research, organize content, and develop learning materials.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Experience with LMS platforms, multimedia tools, or AI-assisted content creation is a plus.

Preferred Majors

Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in:

  • Instructional Design

  • Learning Experience Design (LXD)

  • Training & Development

  • Education, Communications, Educational Technology, or a related field focused on learning and content development
