Position Overview:This position supports theanticipated U.S. Marine Corps Program Office Support effort at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VAas anOperations Analyst. The Operations Analyst anchors the weekly battle rhythm of a Marine Corps program office, serving as the front door of program operations and ensuring leadership meetings start on time with the right material in front of the right people. Job Type:Full-time/Exempt

Location:Stafford, VA (On-Site)

Anticipated Start Date:December 2026, contingent upon contract award.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage the program battle rhythm, coordinating facility resources and meeting logistics for recurring and decisional meetings

  • Release meeting invitations on Government distribution lists ahead of suspense and deliver draft formal minutes for critical and decisional meetings within one business day

  • Record and track action items to closure and maintain electronic program files for immediate retrieval

  • Track and route external taskers in the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2)

  • Collect and report program metrics, producing graphs and summaries for program actions

  • Prepare and submit the Weekly Schedule Input to the Portfolio, complete and on time

  • Prepare correspondence to Marine Corps standards

Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Eight (8) years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Active SECRET security clearance required.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience supporting a Marine Corps or Navy acquisition program office

  • Working knowledge of ETMS2 and Marine Corps correspondence standards

United States of America: $95,000 USD – $125,000 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
