Caring Senior Service | Care Manager

Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: $50,000 l West Houston Area

Lead the Team That Delivers Great Care

We’re looking for a confident, compassionate Care Manager to lead our caregivers, support clients and families, and ensure exceptional care is delivered every day.

This is a leadership role — not just a scheduling position.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Care Team

  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain caregivers
  • Set clear expectations and promote accountability
  • Build a positive, supportive team culture

Manage Client Care

  • Support new client onboarding
  • Communicate with clients and families
  • Address concerns quickly and professionally
  • Help ensure consistent, high-quality care

Own Scheduling

  • Manage caregiver schedules and coverage
  • Handle call-offs and last-minute changes
  • Match caregivers to clients based on needs and compatibility

Lead From the Front

  • Step in with companionship or ADL support when needed
  • Do whatever it takes to help ensure uninterrupted care

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years leadership or management experience
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Problem-solver who takes ownership
  • Healthcare or senior-care experience preferred, not required
  • English/Spanish bilingual a plus
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
  • Valid driver’s license + insured vehicle
  • Ability to pass background and registry checks

Schedule & Compensation

$50,000 starting salary + bonus

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Rotating evening/weekend on-call West Houston office + local travel
