We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A n octurnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

We are an integral part of the hospital and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and providing Emergency Medicine services in addition to Hospital Medicine.

Qualifications:
-
Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine. Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated hospitalist experience.

Ability to manage ICU patients without intensivist backup.
-
Procedural competency preferred.

One year of hospitalist/nocturnist experience preferred for nocturnist role.

Scheduling:

Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.

This is a nocturnist role, and shifts will generally be 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Rewards and Compensation:

Annual compensation $410,000 plus incentives for full-time nocturnist.

Sign-on bonus of $40,000.
