Associate Director AI Engagement & Design is a high-impact role responsible for architecting the future of sales performance through AI, advanced analytics, and innovative digital capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of technology and human performance, designing AI-enabled tools and insights that enhance learning effectiveness and accelerate capability development across the U.S. commercial field organization. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports . Impact is delivered through design leadership, innovation, and influence , working in close partnership with Sales Training, Coaching & Leadership Development, Field Analytics, Sales Reporting, and IT/Data teams to ensure AI capabilities are practical, compliant, and deeply integrated into enablement workflows. Key Responsibilities: AI Enabled Training Enhancement 1. Design and implement AIenabled innovations that strengthen sales training, including onboarding, continuous learning, and skills reinforcement 2. Apply AI and digital learning tools to personalize training based on role, experience level, and performance signals 3. Ensure AIenabled training reinforces core selling skills, leadership behaviors, and compliance standards AI Supported Coaching & Leadership Development 1. Design AIsupported tools that improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of coaching 2. Enable leaders to use AI for: 3. Coaching preparation and focus 4. Identifying skill gaps and performance patterns 5. Reinforcing training through coaching conversations
