Full job description
About Factory
Our mission is to create a world where software builds and improves itself.
We build the platform for self-improving software development, helping the world's largest enterprise engineering teams turn their organizations into autonomous software factories. Customers including Nvidia, Blackstone, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Palo Alto Networks, Adobe, and T-Mobile run Factory to ship code, review PRs, run tests, and deploy continuously - getting smarter with every cycle.
In 2026, we raised $200M at a $5B valuation, bringing our total funding to over $400M. We are backed by world-class investors and operators including Khosla Ventures, Sequoia, Blackstone, Ali Ghodsi (CEO of Databricks), and Frank Slootman (Former CEO of Snowflake).
About the Role
As the PM for Scale at Factory, you’ll own how our platform supports end-to-end software development at the largest companies in the world. Every CIO/CTO is thinking about governing AI proliferation, controlling cost, and measuring token ROI. This role is about making the Factory platform the best way to do this when it comes to how AI is used for software engineering. This is not a “tick the RBAC and audit logs boxes” role (though getting these features right is critical). It’s about empathizing with the challenge of managing AI coding tools within an enterprise, and building the capabilities and visibility that admins, executives, and end-users need to trust Factory and operate it efficiently. And it’s about building features that let Factory customers codify their organizational knowledge, rules, and best-practices in a way that lets them raise the bar for the software they build across their company. You’ll own our Enterprise NDR metric, ensuring our customers are retaining and growing with Factory. You’ll work across a number of our different engineering pods to help prioritize the right features at the right time. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Deployment teams to make sure we’re incorporating feedback from the field, and pushing out new capabilities and techniques effectively. And you’ll work directly with customers to make sure we’re providing the right primitives to let them build and govern their ultimate software factory. Our goal with the product function at Factory is to be high-leverage, high-ownership, and hands-on—you can expect to be working directly with the C-suite at the largest companies in the world, and shipping improvements directly to the product. And you’ll be central to defining the role of Product in a software factory-driven organization—a pattern we intend to pioneer and then help distribute across our customer base and the broader industry.
