• We are hiring immediately for full time CLEANROOM TECHNICIAN positions.

• Location : Fresh & Ready FG WI - 10303 South Oakview Parkway, Oak Creek, WI 53154. Note: online applications accepted only .

• Schedule : Full-time schedule. Days may vary; weekends required. 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. Further details upon interview.

• Requirement : Previous experience in food manufacturing and sanitation required.

• Fixed Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour. *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Please note that employees in this role will work in a temperature-controlled environment with exposure to cold conditions for extended periods of time.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains a sterile environment in the clean room, by garbing, cleaning the room, and behaving according to clean room procedures that align with the facilities practices or guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Practices efficient use of cleaning techniques, solutions preparation, equipment and tool operation.

• Performs all decontamination cleaning and project assignments within area of responsibility or as directed by supervisor with high level of consistency, accuracy and reliability. This also includes executing cleanroom cleaning SOP’s.

• Maintains documentation on all activities and frequent (often daily) quality control testing and verifies the efficiency of the work performed.

• Monitor and maintain the stock of cleanroom garments and cleaning materials when applicable.

• Monitor and manage contamination sources within the cleanroom environment including materials and personnel.

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 1-2 years housekeeping or cleaning service experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to read and comprehend Standard Operating Procedure Documents (SOPs)

Work Environment:

• Exposure to chemicals on a constant basis requiring special clothing and/or safety equipment.
