Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily installation activities and direct journeymen and helpers.

  • Interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, wiring plans, and installation specifications.

  • Oversee cable routing, speaker installation, head-end wiring, and system trim-out.

  • Perform or oversee Edwards Fire panel programming and system configuration.

  • Coordinate work sequencing, lift operations, material staging, and jobsite safety.

  • Troubleshoot wiring issues and verify installation quality.

  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, and punch-list completion.

Requirements

  • Strong low-voltage installation and troubleshooting experience.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical/low-voltage blueprints.

  • Experience with emergency PA, fire alarm, or life-safety systems.

  • Ability to lead a crew and verify work meets project specifications.

  • Knowledge of cable identification, termination, and testing.

Preferred: Hands-on Edwards Fire panel programming experience, including head-end trim-out, configuration, and system testing.

Benefits

Hourly Wage: $38-$40

Estimated Duration: 90 days
