Job Description A leading technology organization is looking for an IAM Engineer to join its Identity and Access Management team.

This role will focus on supporting and enhancing enterprise identity platforms, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity services, and access management technologies. You'll work alongside infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to help deliver secure, reliable, and scalable identity solutions across the enterprise.

This is an excellent opportunity for an identity professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving security, automating processes, and working with modern identity technologies in a collaborative environment. Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management environments

  • Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, and identity lifecycle management

  • Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages

  • Experience troubleshooting identity-related issues across users, applications, and systems

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and application teams

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting hybrid identity environments

  • Familiarity with privileged access management concepts

  • Experience with identity governance and access reviews

  • Knowledge of service accounts, service principals, managed identities, and application authentication

  • Experience using APIs, automation tools, or infrastructure-as-code practices

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern authentication protocols

  • Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Support and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments

  • Assist with identity modernization and automation initiatives

  • Manage authentication, authorization, and access management processes

  • Partner with security teams to strengthen identity controls and reduce risk

  • Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues

  • Implement and improve automation for routine IAM operations

  • Support application onboarding and identity integrations

  • Help improve identity governance, compliance, and operational processes

  • Participate in platform upgrades, maintenance activities, and security initiatives

  • Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable identity solutions
