Description

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days in-office / 2 days remote)

Duration: 5–6 Month Contract (Maternity Leave Backfill)

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract

About the Role We are seeking a data-driven, execution-focused Growth Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in a contract capacity to cover a maternity leave. In this role, you will take ownership of acquisition channels, lead generation initiatives, and digital campaign execution. Working closely with cross-functional partners in Content, Creative, and Marketing Operations, you will step in seamlessly to maintain momentum across ongoing performance campaigns, optimize user acquisition funnels, and test new growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Paid Social, Search, Display, and Retargeting). Funnel Optimization: Analyze digital funnels to identify friction points and execute A/B tests on landing pages, messaging, and email workflows to drive higher conversion rates. Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor daily and weekly KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Conversion Rates), delivering actionable reporting to marketing leadership. Email & Lifecycle Support: Partner with email and lifecycle marketers to execute retention and nurture sequences that drive engagement and reduce drop-off. Collaborative Execution: Coordinate with internal creative teams and external vendors to produce campaign assets, landing pages, and ad copy on tight timelines.

Requirements Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, digital acquisition, or performance marketing. Paid & Organic Channels: Proven track record running paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on measurable ROI. MarTech & Analytics: Proficiency with web analytics (Google Analytics 4), A/B testing tools, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar). Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and iterate quickly based on performance metrics. Location & Availability: Must be based in the Greater Atlanta, GA area and able to work in a hybrid model (combining remote and in-office work in Atlanta). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience stepping into contract backfill, agency, or high-velocity coverage roles. Familiarity with landing page design software (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow). Background in both B2B and B2C digital growth strategies. Innovation starts with people.®
