Full job description

ADP is looking for a Manager, Conversational & Agentic AI, ADP.com to shape how prospective customers discover, evaluate and engage with ADP on ADP.com. You will own the roadmap for conversational and agentic experiences, starting with our AI chatbot and AI powered product demo pilots. Your goal is to make it easier for buyers to get useful answers, explore the right solutions and take the next step, while creating measurable growth in qualified sales opportunities.

This is a strategy and delivery role on the Digital Marketing team. You will translate buyer needs and business goals into prioritized experiences, work with our product technology group and Sales Operations to bring them to market, and use data and testing to improve them. You will also help ADP.com prepare for a world in which AI agents increasingly participate in research, comparison and purchasing decisions.

What you will own

  • Own and maintain a transparent roadmap, prioritized backlog and issue tracker for conversational and agentic buyer experiences on ADP.com; define requirements, milestones, dependencies and success measures with partner teams.

  • Lead the evolution of the AI chatbot experience, including its placement, prompts, content, handoffs and qualification flows. Improve the buyer experience while reducing misrouted client and employee support inquiries.

  • Drive the AI SDR demo pilot and its next iterations, from the product walkthrough and question handling through lead capture, qualification, follow up and routing to the appropriate sales team.

  • Identify and test additional experiences across the buyer journey, such as conversational lead or quote forms, appointment scheduling, guided product selection and support for digital purchase where appropriate.

  • Partner with Sales Operations to define qualification criteria, routing rules, CRM handoffs, seller feedback loops and follow up processes so that promising conversations turn into usable sales opportunities.

  • Work closely with our product technology group, marketing, analytics, product, content, privacy and legal teams to move concepts from brief to launch; coordinate quality assurance, escalation, issue resolution and continuous improvement.

  • Build a practical measurement and experimentation framework across engagement, conversation quality, lead capture, qualified opportunities, sales acceptance and downstream outcomes. Share clear readouts and recommendations with leadership.

  • Track emerging agentic shopping behaviors and recommend how ADP.com should support them, including trusted product information, discoverable content and potential agent accessible capabilities, in partnership with the teams that own those systems.

What you bring

  • 6+ years of experience in digital product management, digital experience, growth marketing or a related role, with a record of launching and improving customer facing experiences.

  • Experience owning a roadmap and driving work across product, engineering and commercial teams without relying on direct authority; strong judgment on prioritization, scope and tradeoffs.

  • Hands on familiarity with conversational AI, chat, AI assistants, digital lead generation or self service experiences, and the ability to evaluate new capabilities with appropriate rigor.

  • Strong grasp of conversion funnels and experimentation, including how to connect interaction metrics to lead quality, sales outcomes and business impact.

  • Ability to write clear requirements, map complex journeys, coordinate testing and QA, and turn ambiguous ideas into decisions and shipped improvements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with technical partners, Sales Operations and senior marketing leaders.

Especially valuable

Experience in B2B SaaS, payroll, HR technology or other considered purchases; CRM and marketing automation integrations; Salesforce or AI SDR platforms; privacy and responsible AI review; and buyer research or usability testing.

How success will be measured

A prioritized roadmap that moves into production; measurable improvements in relevant buyer engagement and experience quality; more qualified leads and opportunities attributable to conversational journeys; reliable sales handoffs; and evidence based decisions about which emerging experiences ADP should scale.
