Since 1905, The Bradley Center has been dedicated to helping children, adults and families heal, grow, and thrive. Today, we provide trauma informed treatment across our residential treatment program, outpatient practice and school based mental health services program.
As a Master's Level Clinician, you will play a vital role in helping children, adults and families build resilience and achieve meaningful progress. Clinicians receive training in evidence-based practices, collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, and benefit from both individual and team supervision. This position is ideal for early-career therapists seeking meaningful clinical experience and supervision toward professional licensure, while also offering opportunities for experienced clinicians to deepen their expertise in trauma-informed care.

Primary Responsibilities
-
Establish and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with children, adults and families
-
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
-
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
-
Provide individual, family, and group therapy services as assigned
-
Collaborate with treatment teams, families, schools, and community partners
-
Track client progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate
-
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements

Requirements
Required:
-
Master’s degree in a recognized clinical discipline required
-
Completion of a clinical practicum required for some roles
-
Must be at least 21 years of age
-
Valid PA driver’s license and auto insurance
Preferred:
-
Pennsylvania licensure or license eligibility (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist)
-
LSW or NCC credential
-
Experience providing assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families

Knowledge of trauma-informed treatment approaches
