Full job description

We’re hiring an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a new, state-of-the-art precision manufacturing facility in Horsham, PA. This is a hands-on manufacturing engineering role focused on developing, improving, and supporting production processes for complex precision-manufactured components. You’ll work directly with Operations, Engineering, Quality, CNC Programming, and production teams to solve manufacturing challenges, improve processes, support new product introduction, and ensure jobs are fully prepared for production. The right person will be comfortable working close to the manufacturing floor—not simply creating documentation, but troubleshooting problems, improving processes, and driving jobs from development into stable production. Compensation: $95,000–$133,000/year Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and production methods
  • Improve productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and overall manufacturing performance
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and machining issues directly with production teams
  • Identify root causes and implement practical, sustainable process improvements
  • Support new product introduction and production readiness
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, processes, and work instructions
  • Improve cycle time, quality, repeatability, workflow, and cost
  • Partner with CNC programmers, machinists, Quality, Operations, and Engineering
  • Help standardize manufacturing methods and establish repeatable processes
  • Take ownership of engineering projects from problem identification through shop-floor implementation

Requirements

  • Experienced Manufacturing Engineer from a production manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in manufacturing process development and continuous improvement
  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing problems and implementing process improvements
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing requirements
  • Experience supporting new product introduction and production readiness
  • Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working directly with machinists, CNC programmers, Quality, and Operations
  • Able to manage multiple engineering projects and drive them through completion
  • Comfortable spending significant time on the manufacturing floor
