Job Duties
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst to support ongoing application maintenance, project initiatives, system upgrades, and operational support within a healthcare environment. This individual will play a key role in prioritizing projects, resolving complex issues, and ensuring the continued optimization of Epic OpTime and Anesthesia workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize support tickets and service requests.
Perform Epic OpTime/Anesthesia application build, configuration, and maintenance.
Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities.
Participate in project-based work related to system optimization and new initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating when appropriate.
Perform routine system maintenance and ensure application stability.
Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to support business needs.
Maintain documentation and follow established change management processes.
Required Qualifications
Epic OpTime and/or Anesthesia certification.
Experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-directed approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical or operational experience within Surgical Services.
Prior experience supporting perioperative workflows and end users.
Experience working on Epic upgrades, implementations, or optimization projects.
Interview Process
One video interview.
Interview will include technical questions focused on Epic OpTime/Anesthesia knowledge and experience.
