Full job description
About Chamber Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death in America. At Chamber, we are rebuilding the system for cardiology, creating a world where outcomes, not volume, define success. We partner with independent cardiologists to help them lead population health efforts in their communities, equipping them with technology, data, and operational tools that turn complex insights into better care for patients. Our model blends clinical expertise, thoughtful design, and a modern operating platform that supports physicians, patients, and payers alike. We believe innovation and empathy go hand in hand, and by combining cutting-edge AI tools with a relentless focus on human care, we can transform heart health at scale.
Role Overview Chamber is hiring its first dedicated Financial Analyst to help build the financial infrastructure behind our next stage of growth. As a key member of the Strategic Finance team, you’ll turn complex data into clear recommendations that influence provider strategy, growth priorities, corporate development, and executive decisions. You’ll partner across Finance, Growth, and Network Operations to evaluate provider economics, build financial plans and scenarios, and improve KPI reporting. Your analysis will help Chamber assess new markets, structure provider partnerships and incentives, and allocate resources with greater confidence. This is an opportunity to shape both the work and how it gets done. You’ll use tools such as Claude to create faster, more flexible models, automate recurring reporting, and deliver timely insights—helping establish a lean, modern finance function that scales with the company.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Growth Finance
-
Partner with the Growth team to build provider pitch decks and financial cases for network diversification and enterprise opportunities.
-
Evaluate provider deals and other strategic opportunities, including revenue, contribution margin, costs, and profitability.

Build business cases and financial models for new initiatives and partnerships.
Provider Economics & Financial Planning

Rebuild and continuously optimize Chamber's provider performance model, including incentive structures that drive sales conversion.
-
Build market-level P&Ls and support how Chamber pays providers, support, and admin staff.
-
Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
-
Support ELT on budgeting, spend, and resource allocation.
Reporting & Decision Support
-
Support month-end close, corporate P&L, and variance analysis.
-
Own and maintain recurring financial and operating KPI reporting for leadership.
-
Drive financial automation — leveraging Claude and other AI tools to deliver real-time insight into business performance.
-
Perform ad hoc financial and strategic analysis for leadership as Chamber scales.
What You’ll Accomplish in Your First 90 Days
-
Develop a strong understanding of Chamber’s business model, provider economics, and establish relationships with key partners across the business such as Growth and Network Operations.
-
Rebuild the provider performance model and equip the Growth team to use it for pricing and incentive decisions.
-
Put Claude or another AI tool into practice to improve the speed, accuracy, or usefulness of recurring financial reporting.
What We’re Looking For
-
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, along with a working knowledge of accrual accounting.
-
2–4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or investment banking, including at least one year in healthcare.
-
Advanced Excel modeling skills and the ability to translate complex analysis into a clear, compelling PowerPoint narrative.
-
Experience using AI tools such as Claude to build, refine, or stress-test financial models and reporting workflows.
