Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 - $14 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Bilingual Floor Technician:

• Operate walk-behind industrial floor scrubbers and other floor-cleaning equipment

• Clean and maintain floors throughout the facility

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and perform other floor-care duties as needed

• Inspect floors and work areas to identify areas requiring additional cleaning or maintenance

• Safely operate and maintain floor-care equipment

• Follow proper procedures for cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment

• Keep equipment and cleaning supplies clean, organized, and properly stored

• Assist with general custodial and facility-cleaning duties as needed

• Follow all facility safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Previous floor maintenance, custodial, janitorial, or facility-cleaning experience required

• Previous experience operating a walk-behind floor scrubber or similar commercial/industrial floor-care equipment preferred

• Knowledge of proper floor-cleaning and maintenance procedures

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

• Able to safely operate cleaning equipment and follow instructions

• Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position

• Must follow all safety and facility procedures

• Drug testing required
