Scarlet Oaks Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. As the Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day clinical operations within our Assisted Living community while ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff, caregivers, and medication aides during assigned shifts

• Coordinate and oversee resident care services

• Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition

• Ensure medications and treatments are administered accurately and timely

• Assist in managing staffing assignments and workflow

• Provide coaching, education, and leadership to nursing team members

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain compliance with Assisted Living regulations and company policies

• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely

• Assist with quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives

• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required

• Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience preferred

• Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, or Senior Living experience preferred

• Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work independently while supporting team success

• CPR Certification preferred
