Job Description

What you can look forward to as a Senior IT Analyst:

  • Support and optimize process control systems and data interfaces for manufacturing operations.

  • Lead and participate in IT projects involving production equipment, systems, and integrations.

  • Provide daily support for shop floor PLCs, hardware, software, and manufacturing applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production line and process control system issues.

  • Deliver expert support for production systems across multiple sites, including remote locations.

  • Develop and maintain SQL stored procedures, complex queries, and database performance improvements.

  • Assess production system changes and advise on operational and technical impacts.

  • Train maintenance and operations teams on equipment functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Your profile as a Senior IT Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of IT experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.

  • Experience with SCADA, MES, and other business-critical manufacturing systems.

  • Advanced knowledge of Siemens WinCC, including WinCC Professional, Unified, and/or OA platforms.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, and plant-floor processes.

  • Proficiency in SQL development, including stored procedures, dynamic SQL, complex queries, and database optimization.

  • Experience developing and supporting manufacturing applications using VB/VB.NET, .NET, C/C#, and Python for automation, integration, and data processing.

  • Knowledge of industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, and communication protocols such as OPC, Modbus TCP/IP, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and MQTT; willingness to travel up to 10%.
