RN BSN (Registered Nurse Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

InfiniteCare-Plus is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) with pediatric nursing experience to join our home care team on Oahu. What We Offer - Full-time, part-time, and per-visit opportunities - Flexible scheduling - Competitive pay: $40-$45/hour, based on experience - Medical, prescription, and vision benefits - Supportive administrative and clinical team - On-call and referral bonuses of up to $1,000 - Overtime and paid holidays at 1.5x pay - Opportunities for professional growth Key Responsibilities - Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes - Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans - Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to the appropriate care team - Administer medications and physician-ordered treatments - Provide specialized care such as G-tube/tube feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and wound care, as applicable to the patient's needs - Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and home care plans - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation - Follow HIPAA, infection-control, and regulatory requirements Qualifications - Active Hawaii RN license - Pediatric nursing experience required - Experience in home health, acute care, NICU, PICU, or other pediatric settings is a plus - Current CPR/First Aid or BLS certification - Valid driver's license or state ID - Two-step TB clearance - Fieldprint background check clearance - Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and build trusting relationships with children and their families About InfiniteCare-Plus For over 10 years, InfiniteCare-Plus has provided compassionate, high-quality care to families and community members across Oahu.
