Job Description
The Content Marketing Manager & Copywriter will manage and publish marketing content across D&D Beyond and DungeonsandDragons.com, including articles, landing pages, product pages, and promotional materials. This role will serve as a primary copywriter for Dungeons & Dragons go-to-market campaigns and product launches, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Community, PR, Social, and Product teams to deliver cohesive messaging across channels. The ideal candidate will maintain the Dungeons & Dragons brand voice while tailoring content for different audiences, platforms, and campaign goals, using SEO, digital content best practices, analytics, and engagement data to improve discoverability and content performance.
Skills and Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, digital publishing, copywriting, editorial, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Experience managing website content through modern CMS platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams.
- Familiarity with SEO/AEO best practices and digital content strategy.
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, publishing, or consumer technology.
- Familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons, D&D Beyond, and the tabletop RPG community.
- Experience writing product marketing or launch campaign copy.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, or digital asset management systems.
