Operations Manager (PERM)

Boss Systems, LLC in Provo Utah seeks for a full-time Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the following duties: •Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule •Inspect standard operating and project procedures to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met, training staff on internal techniques ( carpet cleaning, spotting, upholstery), and ensuring proper use of equipment. •Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure equipment and vehicles are maintained and inspected regularly • Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits. •Review job costs, control expenses, and improve profitability, often with a focus on growing the business and meeting real time demand •Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and efficiency, and increase productivity •Address customer concerns, assist with estimates, and ensure high service standards •Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations •Collaborate with leadership on planning, growth, and business initiatives •Assist with marketing coordination and other cross-functional efforts as needed •Support after-hours operations or calls when required Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm; Off Saturday and Sunday.
