Westfield Electroplating Company (WEPCO) is looking for askilled, experienced electroplaterto join our team. We currently have openings on all three shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd). Qualified candidates should possess solid knowledge of electroplating techniques and processes.

Join the WEPCO team and earn a$2,500 Sign-On Bonus, paid as follows:

• $500– 2nd paycheck

• $1,000– After 6 months of employment

• $1,000 – After 1 year of employment

Applicants must be familiar with industry processes and standards. Good verbal and written communication skills are required. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electroplating processes

• 2+ years of electroplating experience preferred

• Ability to use micrometers to verify thicknesses

• Competency in basic math and the ability to calculate the surface area of standard shapes

• Ability to handle delicate parts without causing damage

• Ability to understand basic blueprints and drawings

• Strong willingness and ability to read, learn, and follow established processes and procedures

Pay Rate & Benefits

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus

• $500 on the employee's 2nd paycheck
