Full job description

Super Soccer Stars is a youth sports organization dedicated to helping children build skills, confidence, and physical literacy through educational, non-competitive coaching programs. We create positive sports experiences that emphasize learning, participation, and fun, giving young athletes a supportive environment in which to grow.

In this role, you will help deliver engaging after-school sports experiences for elementary-aged children, bringing energy, structure, and encouragement to every session. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young students and wants to make a meaningful impact through sports instruction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging after-school flag football and golf sessions for elementary-aged children.

  • Engage students in fun, structured group activities that support participation, skill-building, and confidence.

Requirements

  • Understanding of flag football, golf, or similar youth sports.

  • Ability to engage elementary-aged students in fun, structured group activities.

  • Able to carry 35 lbs of equipment.

  • Able to be active outdoors while leading sessions.

  • Eligible to work in the United States.

  • Available to work midweek after-school hours.

  • Prior experience working with elementary-aged children, such as coaching kids around ages 6-11, leading after-school groups, or teaching young beginners, is a plus.
