We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Crewleader. The Warehouse Crew Leader is responsible for operating, adjusting, troubleshooting, and maintaining labeling and production equipment within the warehouse. This role provides day-to-day leadership and support to warehouse employees to maintain production, safety, quality, and efficiency goals. The Warehouse Crew Leader works closely with warehouse supervisors, maintenance, quality, and operations teams to minimize downtime, maintain equipment performance, and support employee training and development. This role also assists with troubleshooting equipment issues, assigning work, and maintaining accurate documentation.. Accountabilities: Equipment Operation and Troubleshooting Operate labeling and production equipment safely and efficiently. Safely perform a variety of skilled maintenance work and troubleshooting to maintain the various labeling and warehouse operations equipment; ensure equipment efficiency standards are met. Support maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment to minimize downtime. Assist with equipment changeovers, startups, and production support activities. Maintain equipment readiness and communicate repair needs promptly.
