As a Lead Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for;

Leading the design, development, testing, and support of advanced RF-based electronic systems for medical imaging applications.

Designing and analyzing analog and RF circuitry, including high-frequency electronics and signal transmission systems.

Utilizing simulation, modeling, and CAD tools to develop and optimize electrical designs.

Performing system integration activities to ensure compatibility and performance across complex electromechanical systems.

Conducting validation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action investigations for field and production issues.

Collaborating with mechanical, systems, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Supporting compliance with applicable safety, performance, and regulatory standards.

Leading technical reviews, driving engineering decisions, and mentoring junior engineers.

Identifying opportunities for innovation, product enhancement, and continuous improvement.

Managing multiple engineering initiatives while ensuring quality, schedule, and technical objectives are achieved.
Qualifications;
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
-
5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, RF design, medical devices, medical imaging, or other highly regulated industries.

Strong knowledge of analog and RF circuit design principles.
-
Experience with electrical design, simulation, and modeling tools.

Understanding of electromagnetic theory, transmission lines, antennas, amplifiers, oscillators, and related RF technologies.

Experience with printed circuit board design, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of engineering product development processes and design verification practices.
-
Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive effective corrective actions.

Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-
Experience within medical devices, healthcare technology, or regulated product development environments preferred.

Knowledge of IEC standards, reliability engineering, Lean methodologies, or continuous improvement practices preferred.
Location: Onsite in Aurora, OH
Salary Range: $80,000 0 $120,000
