Description

Unleash your potential with a career in the modernized world of digital banking! CoVantage is seeking a full time Digital Services Specialist to join our Contact Center team. This individual will provide efficient, professional service to members through digital channels and Virtual Teller ATM.

CoVantage invests in our team members! The pay for this role is $20.38-$30.56 per hour. Your starting pay rate will be based on your related experience and qualifications. Benefits include a 401k employer match of up to 200%, a bonus of annual salary up to 4%, a generous employer HSA contribution, and paid time off for community service.

Job duties

  • Remain current with products, services, disclosures, and forms that pertain to this job or that members may need assistance with.

  • Provides support assistance of Virtual Teller ATM such as cashing checks, performing withdrawals, making deposits, processing loan payments, and more.

  • Seek opportunities to provide exceptional service and strengthen the member and credit union relationship.

  • Provide members with guidance concerning the wise and appropriate use of credit and other financial services while offering suggestions to increase financial value.

  • Assist with special projects such as reporting that relates to online issues, account openings, and other areas to help enhance the digital services experience.

Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ credit union experience or an Associate’s Degree

  • Ability to work fully onsite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis

  • Able to regularly apply sound judgment with respect to member interactions

  • Able to be organized and efficient while working in a fast-paced work environment
