Responsibilities

As a Field Supervisor , you will support Comcast maintenance technician work, node splits, Comcast Genesis, and Comcast system upgrades.

In addition, you will:

  • Give direction to multiple crews and their job-site activities

  • Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom

  • Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers

  • Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture

  • Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects

Qualifications

About You:

  • Must be familiar with Comcast Genesis, node splits, and Comcast maintenance technician work

  • You have a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a DOT Med card for driving purposes (Applicants are subject to an MVR review and must meet company standards for a safe driving record)

  • Must be comfortable with possible travel, on-call rotation and night work

  • You have a strong telecom construction background with emphasis on Charter Spectrum and Optimum projects

  • You have proven experience supervising multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously

  • You have extensive knowledge of aerial and underground fiber construction practices

  • You have strong quality control and project auditing experience

  • You have the ability to enforce safety standards, customer specifications, and production expectations

  • You have experience coordinating with customers, project managers, engineering, and permitting teams

  • You are proficient with construction reporting, project documentation, and closeout packages

Compensation: $26-$37/hour depending on experience.
