  • Project manage the Data Whiz work for InnovateEDU, collaborating closely with the Director of Programs and the Data Whiz Steering Committee to organize an event in April 2027.

  1. Content Creation, Marketing & Communications
  • Build and distribute newsletters and manage social media postings across projects using HubSpot.

  • Partner closely with the Marketing and Communications department to maintain project websites.

  • Build presentation decks and provide comprehensive preparation and day-of operational support for webinars across projects.

  1. Research, Writing & Resource Development
  • Research, write, and manage the review cycles for various publications and resources, which will include resources such as:

  • Pathways Compendium updates

  • Technical Assistance (TA) Cohort Common Themes & Findings Report

  • Principal Registered Apprenticeship Program (PRAP) Case Study Summary

  • Timestamps and upload EALA podcasts

  1. Event Coordination & On-Site Operations
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Operations teams to handle event management and logistics for events.
