Position Overview

Roxborough Memorial Hospital and Lower Bucks Hospital are seeking experienced and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their anesthesia teams. Opportunities are available for both full-time and per diem providers.

The CRNA will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care to surgical patients across a variety of procedures while working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other members of the perioperative team.

Schedule

Full-Time: Regular scheduled shifts with opportunities for a consistent work schedule.

Per Diem: Flexible scheduling for CRNAs seeking additional shifts or greater schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

  • Perform pre-anesthesia patient evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.

  • Administer and manage general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as appropriate.

  • Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage airway, hemodynamic, and anesthetic needs.

  • Provide appropriate post-anesthesia care and pain management.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Respond appropriately to emergency situations and changes in patient condition.

  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

  • Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Current CRNA certification.

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.

  • Current Pennsylvania RN and CRNA licensure or eligibility.

  • Current ACLS certification; additional certifications may be required based on hospital requirements.

  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative surgical environment.

  • Both experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates may be considered, depending on hospital requirements.
