Full job description
Manage ongoing communication with fellowship members and partner districts leads to facilitate milestones and maintain participant engagement.Content and Resource Development - Curate and maintain fellowship assets, including managing a learning management system, creating presentations, activities, surveys, and dashboards in collaboration with program directors and principal investigators.Event Planning and Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with program directors to plan and facilitate annual virtual and in-person events with alumni fellows, school leaders, and external stakeholders to showcase fellowship impact.Virtual Conference Coordination - Organize and lead virtual conferences and protocols, training and supervising staff facilitators to ensure high-quality delivery.Professional Learning Institutes Collaborate with the program director to design and execute seasonal professional learning institutes.Recruitment and Marketing Collaborate with the program director on recruitment and marketing efforts to attract new fellowship members; maintain relationships with district leaders.
