At Mains'l, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful, independent life and that starts with incredible people like you.

  • Passionate about serving people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive leadership team.

On-Call Responsibilities

Because the people we support receive services 24-hours a day, our employees deserve support around the clock as well.

The good news? You're never doing it alone. Our leadership team works together to support one another throughout each on-call rotation.

Schedule

What You'll Need

  • Previous caregiving experience (required)

  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities

  • Valid driver's license

  • Reliable transportation with current auto insurance

  • Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background check (if applicable)
