  • Support the development of engaging instructional materials to be delivered both online and in person

  • Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment for safety training

  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of safety training programs and make recommendations to address evolving industry requirements and feedback from trainees.

  • Support the design and delivery of safety-specific onboarding and new-hire training

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Instructional Design, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; OR equivalent practical experience

  • Experience executing or developing manufacturing work instructions (MWIs), SOPs, or technical documentation

  • Experience designing, implementing, enhancing, and/or delivering safety training programs in a manufacturing, production, or similar environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels
