Job Description

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Uniquely Yours.

The Productivity & BMR team leads the evolution of sustainable productivity pipeline, execution, and capability-building through partnerships across the organization. To further the BMR (business margin revolution) mindset and set up for success in 2027 and beyond, we are seeking a Manager, Productivity to enable our productivity strategy and help build our center of excellence in this space.

In this role, you will gain end-to-end exposure to the productivity lifecycle and have the opportunity to grow your capabilities as a productivity leader in a dynamic, creative, fast-paced environment. This role takes a special teammate who leans-in to ambiguity and inspiring others — someone with a continuous improvement mentality who thrives on building something new and partnerships.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support productivity governance forum cycles through relevant content creation and meeting management.

  • Leverage AI and analytic tools to streamline project data tracking and single-source-of-truth reporting as well as recognize dependencies and interconnections across productivity workstreams

  • Drive productivity mentality and capability-building through relationships and partnerships with cross-functional teams including Commercialization, Business Development, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and more.

  • Create and manage center of excellence productivity assets including a centralized knowledge management space and content/templates.

  • Support BMR activities and initiatives.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to drive effective discussions at all levels, influence decision-making, and build strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong project planning skills with proactiveness in identifying risks, developing mitigations, and managing strict timelines.

  • Conceptual, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills — someone who genuinely enjoys tackling challenges, navigating ambiguity, and driving change management.

  • Strong interpersonal skills — a people person who stays calm under pressure and brings others along.

  • Knowledge and/or willingness to learn relevant business processes (e.g., I2M) and related technology solutions (e.g., Volt).

  • Proficiency with AI and analytics tools for reporting, data management, and pipeline tracking preferred.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in productivity, supply chain, project management, or a related function.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed CPG or consumer goods organization preferred

WHAT EXTRA INGREDIENTS YOU'LL BRING

  • An ownership mindset and proactive approach to solving problems — you see a gap, you fill it, and you bring structure and clarity where none yet exists.

  • Curiosity, a growth mindset, and a collaborative spirit — ready to learn, adapt, and contribute in cross-functional, team-oriented environments.

  • A passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes with care.

  • Resilience and adaptability — with the ability to recognize dependencies across functional deliverables and navigate complexity with confidence.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $109,000 to $149,875; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
