Job Summary:

Seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration. The resource will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows.

• Configure tables, forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.

• Develop Flow Designer/workflows and automated processes.

• Configure ACLs, roles, permissions, and RBAC.

• Build reports, dashboards, filters, and data exports.

• Develop/support ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.

• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development/configuration experience.

• Strong ServiceNow HRSD experience.- Added advantage

• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer/Workflow.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.

• Experience with ACL, RBAC, ServiceNow security, reporting, dashboards, and integrations.

• Experience with testing, deployment, and production support.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
