About Factory

Our mission is to create a world where software builds and improves itself.

We build the platform for self-improving software development, helping the world's largest enterprise engineering teams turn their organizations into autonomous software factories. Customers including Nvidia, Blackstone, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Palo Alto Networks, Adobe, and T-Mobile run Factory to ship code, review PRs, run tests, and deploy continuously - getting smarter with every cycle.

In 2026, we raised $200M at a $5B valuation, bringing our total funding to over $400M. We are backed by world-class investors and operators including Khosla Ventures, Sequoia, Blackstone, Ali Ghodsi (CEO of Databricks), and Frank Slootman (Former CEO of Snowflake).

  • Create robust APIs and service interfaces that enable seamless integration between platform components while maintaining high performance and reliability

  • Collaborate with the platform team to design and implement system architecture improvements that enhance scalability, security, and maintainability

  • Build and maintain critical infrastructure that supports our enterprise customers' needs, focusing on system reliability, performance monitoring, and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • A strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with 3+ years of experience in full-stack development roles. Strong frontend expertise is required.

  • Proficiency in a diverse set of programming languages and frameworks, including but not limited to JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python. Experience with TypeScript and Next.js is a plus.

  • Demonstrable experience with both frontend and backend development, including API design, database management, and crafting user interfaces that delight users.

  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) that support scalable application deployment.
