Staff Product Engineer

We're looking for a Staff Product Engineer to help shape the tools that power Framer. You'll work across our React-based design and code ecosystem, including the core editor, canvas, plugins, and CMS, driving technical direction that spans multiple teams and helps everyone ship better, faster.

What you’ll do

• Lead complex projects that cut across multiple product teams, from the editor to plugins to CMS.

• Set technical direction and make architectural decisions that other engineers build on.

• Translate ambitious product ideas into shippable, high-quality solutions.

• Partner with engineers, designers, and leadership to identify and solve the hardest technical and product problems.

• Raise the bar across teams through mentoring, code reviews, and shared standards.

What you’ll bring

• 9+ years of software engineering experience at a product company.

• Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

• A track record of driving projects that span multiple teams or domains.

• Strong knowledge of automated testing and QA.

• Bonus points for skills in browser optimization, compiler technology, or UX design.
