  • Partner and keep informed with the ED of EV Operations to ensure accountability and timelines are met for complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Controls, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and partner-facing teams ensuring alignment to business objectives, brand standards, and timelines.

  • Work with GM, strategy and corporate development to translate strategy into executable roadmaps with clear owners, dependencies, and measurable success criteria as part of annual and quarterly planning.

  • Develop and manage high-impact internal and external communications, including executive-level presentations, QBR materials, meeting briefs, talking points, and strategic updates; build and maintain strong relationships with Chase Auto and broader JPMorgan Chase stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective collaboration.

  • Support the GM in engagement and sustaining executive relationships with high-profile prospects, clients, industry leaders, and influencers through event participation and regular meeting cadence and represent the EV partnership portfolio in meetings and events as needed, acting as an executive brand ambassador and ensuring consistent messaging when GM has a conflict.

  • Partner with Marketing, Strategic Business Management, CIB, Sustainability, Private Bank, and external partners to maximize firmwide value, strengthen client outcomes, and elevate brand impact.

  • Identify opportunities to broaden connectivity across the firm to support partnership growth and strategic differentiation; identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements that enhance speed, quality, and scalability while reinforcing a strong control environment.

  • Establish best practices for planning, reporting, and execution across the EV portfolio.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business management, program management, team operations, chief-of-staff, program leadership, or related leadership roles within financial services, automotive, technology, mobility or a matrixed corporate environment.

  • Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-workstream initiatives with strong governance, executive reporting, and on-time delivery.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including producing executive-level presentations and concise decision materials.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels, including senior executives and external partners.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work products under time-critical deadlines while managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong judgment and ability to identify risks, navigate ambiguity, and drive clear decisions and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
