  • Own the TimeCare AI agenda end-to-end, applying AI across the product, engineering workflow, and operations in order to raise throughput while maintaining quality and responsible-AI governance

  • Mentor and develop engineering talent across multiple disciplines to foster technical excellence, career growth, and a culture of innovation, collaboration, and psychological safety

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • 8+ years leading software engineering organisations, including at least 3 years managing managers, and experience leading engineering groups of 20 to 50 engineers across multiple teams and disciplines

  • Proven success introducing AI capabilities into engineering practice and/or into a live product, with clear results and defensible governance

  • In-depth knowledge on how to run multi-tenant SaaS at scale in a major public cloud, with infrastructure-as-code, automated deployment tooling, CI/CD, and mature observability practices

  • Ability to commute to Stockholm on a hybrid basis, with periodic travel to other RLDatix engineering hubs and key customers

  • Sincere interest in delivering enterprise software in regulated environments, with working knowledge of GDPR and awareness of the EU AI Act

  • A knack for working collaboratively within a globally distributed, cross-functional environment spanning Product, Architecture, Security, and Customer Success
