Job Description

Be a driver of the Jobs & Skills transformation agenda—supporting strategic roadmap planning, business sequencing, and Jobs-to-be-Done use case activation to scale enterprise capabilities. You’ll partner closely with Delivery, Product, Data & Analytics, HR, and business teams to align stakeholders, enable change management and communications, and drive product readiness and adoption. This work directly shapes how JPMorganChase connects jobs, skills, tasks, career paths, and workforce insights into practical experiences for employees, managers, HR, and the business.

As a Senior Associate within the Workforce Architecture team in Human Resources’ Talent & Employee Experience organization, you will support transformation planning, use case activation, and stakeholder readiness across Lines of Business and Functions. You will help translate Jobs & Skills capabilities into scalable operating processes and adoption plans, ensuring implementation is coordinated, measurable, and aligned to enterprise standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support strategic direction and roadmap planning for the Jobs & Skills transformation agenda across Lines of Business and Functions.

  • Coordinate 12 Month+ planning activities, including business sequencing, market readiness, forecasting, adoption planning, and downstream dependency tracking.

  • Document and translate Jobs & Skills capabilities into practical use cases that support career growth, internal mobility, upskilling, workforce insights, and strategic workforce planning.

  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, Product, Data & Analytics, Technology, and business teams to support product readiness, release timing, and adoption planning.

  • Support change management and communications activities that enable enterprise adoption of Jobs & Skills capabilities across employee, manager, HR, and business experiences.

  • Prepare materials, meeting summaries, action logs, and stakeholder updates to support decision-making, alignment, and implementation readiness.

  • Coordinate with Delivery teams to document transformation handoffs, clarify requirements, track implementation milestones, and monitor measurable outcomes.

  • Maintain feedback loops from Delivery back into Transformation by capturing lessons learned, stakeholder feedback, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Support maturation of data, insights, and skills inference capabilities by coordinating with analytics teams and helping translate insights into business actions.

  • Track progress against adoption, readiness, and impact objectives, using metrics and feedback to support prioritization and continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to ongoing alignment across HR, Product, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure transformation activities remain connected to talent strategy and workforce planning.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience supporting transformation, strategy, Human Resources, talent, organizational design, workforce planning, product, change management, or related enterprise initiatives.

  • Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to track milestones, manage dependencies, follow up on actions, and drive work forward.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner across HR, Product, Data & Analytics, Technology, and business teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, business requirements, use case documentation, and stakeholder materials.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data, feedback, and risks into practical recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise updates, summaries, presentations, and implementation materials.

  • Strong attention to detail, with comfort managing documentation, decisions, timelines, readiness activities, and governance routines.

  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, structure complex work, and adapt to shifting priorities in a matrixed environment.

  • Demonstrated change management mindset, including comfort supporting communications, stakeholder readiness, adoption, and implementation planning.

  • Ability to connect workforce strategy, employee experience, product readiness, and business adoption into practical transformation support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with job architecture, skills taxonomies, job-task-skill mapping, career frameworks, workforce planning, talent mobility, or HR transformation.

  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms, product delivery, data products, workforce analytics, automation, or AI-enabled workforce capabilities.

  • Experience supporting enterprise change management, communications, training, stakeholder readiness, or adoption planning.

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with cross-functional stakeholders and evolving transformation priorities
